Stephen Karl

Stephen grew up on the North Shore of Long Island. After graduating from Villanova University, he joined the workforce with his beloved New York Mets. Stephen spent over 15 years in sales and service, working closely with premium season ticket holders and Suite lessees. Throughout his tenure with the Mets, Stephen learned the value of listening to a client’s needs, providing thoughtful and thorough service, and being persistent to achieve a goal.

When Stephen and his now-wife were in the early stages of dating he whisked her away for a romantic weekend on the North Fork. They immediately fell in love with the area and the pair purchased a home in Greenport six months later. The North Fork quickly became their favorite place to spend weekends with friends and holidays with family. Recently, along with their young daughter Ellis, they made the permanent move from New York City to Greenport, to enjoy the year-round beauty of North Fork living.

Stephen has always had his pulse on the real estate market, investing in several properties over the past decade. He stays on top of market trends, advancements in marketing tools and strategies and consistently strives to exceed his clients’ expectations, as he recognizes the amount of trust and faith they bestow upon him.
